I know what you may be thinking. This looks like and feels like those three page Christmas letters we all get and wish we didn't. Stick with me. This one is a bit lengthy but then the best is yet to come.
I retired from 37 years and 2 weeks of teaching 1 1/2 years ago. During those years I don't recall anyone asking me at the end of my day what I did during the day. That seems to be the thing to do now. When Karl gets home from work the first thing he now says to me is, "Hey, what did you do today?"
So now Karl and who ever else is interested is going to know what a retired teacher manages to do all day long.
Oh, and the Crazy Lady Thoughts name came from my darling niece, Garrett. I was offended with the "crazy" part the day she told me her idea. Until she came to pick me up to go to Joann Fabric. We stopped at Fuzion Yogurt because I was having the urge. She stayed in her white SUV to get some iPhone work accomplished. I came out with my yogurt already indulging then climbed into the white SUV and a gentleman said, "Well, hello there." Guess Garrett was right.
It's not a weekday so nobody has asked me what I did all day. I'm going to tell you anyway. Karl and I went fishing. Well, he fished and I slept, under the Bimini, on my lounge chair. Heaven.
